The problem
Still typing orders from email and WhatsApp?
If your team captures orders by hand, updates stock in two places, or fixes invoices at month end, your store is costing you time every day. I connect your store to the way your business already works, so orders, stock and invoices stay in sync.
Who this is for
Built for businesses that have outgrown a basic store
Wholesalers and distributors
You want trade customers to order online on their own, at their own prices, any time.
Retail and trade brands
You sell to shops and to the public, and need different prices and terms for each.
Businesses on old platforms
You are moving off an old WooCommerce, Magento or custom site and want to keep your Google rankings.
Businesses with an ERP
You need the store connected to Sage, Xero, Odoo or your stock system.
Groups with several brands
You run more than one store or brand and want one setup where it makes sense.
Teams that want less admin
Your sales reps can still place orders for customers, in the same system as everyone else.
Services
What I build for enterprise and B2B
B2B and wholesale portals
Trade account approval, customer-specific prices, minimum order quantities, quick order and reorder, and account payment terms. More on B2B ecommerce in South Africa.
Shopify and Shopify Plus
Setup and build on Shopify or Shopify Plus, using Shopify’s own B2B tools where your plan supports them.
WooCommerce for complex stores
WooCommerce builds when you need full control, custom ordering flows or your own hosting.
Platform migrations
Products, customers, orders and SEO redirects moved across, so you keep your rankings. See platform migration.
ERP, stock and accounting integrations
Your store connected to the systems you already use, so orders, stock and invoices stay in sync.
Multi-store and AI tools
More than one store or brand from one setup, plus AI product assistants that help buyers find the right product.

Pricing
Enterprise projects from R40,000
Most projects in this range sit between R40,000 and R60,000+, depending on how many systems we connect and how much data we move. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing surprises.
Smaller store? My store builds start at R15,000. See packages.
Common questions
Enterprise eCommerce FAQ
Do I need Shopify Plus?
Not always. Many B2B setups work well on standard Shopify or WooCommerce. I will tell you which one fits your volume and budget before you spend money.
Can you connect my store to Sage, Xero or Odoo?
Usually yes. It depends on the system and version you use. I check this in the discovery call and put it in writing in the scope.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I migrate?
I set up redirects from your old pages to the new ones and check them after launch, so you keep as much of your search traffic as possible.
How long does a project take?
Most B2B and integration projects take 6 to 12 weeks. You get a timeline in your proposal.
Who owns the store?
You do. Hosting, domain and accounts are in your business name.
Can my team still capture orders by hand?
Yes. Your sales team can place orders for customers in the same system.
What happens after launch?
You can choose a monthly support plan, or contact me when you need changes.
