- Book. Pay at checkout and add your store address in the order notes. If it isn’t a fit, I refund you in full within 1 working day.
- Access. I work from the front end. If tracking needs checking, I ask for read-only access to Google Analytics.
- Audit. I go through all seven areas on desktop and mobile and place a test order where possible.
- Report. You get the PDF and the video. Reply with questions, or tell me which fixes you want done.

FAQ
Do you fix the problems too?
Yes, if you want me to. Each fix in the report has my price next to it. Book any of them within 30 days and the R1,499 comes off the bill. You’re also free to take the report and do the work yourself or with your own developer.
Do you need my passwords?
No. The audit is done from the front end, the way your customers see the store. If tracking needs checking, I ask for read-only access to Google Analytics, which you can remove afterwards.
Shopify or WooCommerce?
Both. I’ve built on both platforms since 2011 and the checks are adjusted for each.
How long does it take?
You get the report and video within 5 working days of payment.
Can the audit lead into the AI setup?
Yes. If you’re on WooCommerce and want to run SEO and content work through AI, the R1,499 is credited against my AI Store Setup as well.
